The plain rules for using Tablewise.
1. Accounts
Staff accounts are created by the restaurant's admin. Keep your password to yourself. The admin can change what each person can open or switch an account off at any time.
2. The restaurant's data
The restaurant owns the menu, prices, tax rate, orders, bills and expenses it enters. The restaurant is responsible for entering correct prices and tax, and for checking its own bills and reports.
3. Payments
Tablewise records cash and QR payments that the restaurant takes. It does not move money, take card payments or hold funds.
4. Fair use
Do not try to reach another person's account, get around the screens you were given, or disrupt the service for others.
5. The service
Tablewise needs an internet connection and is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything you must not lose, such as end of day totals.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
