A phone, tablet or computer with a web browser and an internet connection. Waiters use their own phones, the kitchen can use a tablet or screen, and reception can use any computer.

No. Orders move between the floor, the kitchen and the counter live, so every screen needs to be online. If the connection drops, the screen shows that it is reconnecting.

Cash and QR transfer. For cash, type what the guest handed over and the change is worked out. For QR, the bill shows your own payment QR. A bill can be paid in parts.

Yes. The restaurant name, currency, tax rate and payment QR are set once in settings, and every bill uses them.

Yes. There are five ready roles: Waiter, Kitchen, Receptionist, Accountant and Admin. Picking a role ticks its screens, and you can tick or untick any single screen for a person.

Sales come from the bills. Expenses are recorded as food costs or running costs. Sales minus food costs is gross profit, and minus running costs as well is net profit.

No guest names or phone numbers are asked for. A table visit keeps the number of guests, the orders, the bill and how it was paid.

Yes. Payments, price changes, staff changes and settings are written to an audit log with the person's name and the time.
